Marcelo and his team were fantastic! Gave me the quote in person, didn’t pressure me to make a sale, and was flexible when it came to scheduling his crew to come out and do the job. The crew was fantastic as well! They showed up early, and got to work fast! They removed my old flooring and put in the new flooring by 4:30 pm that day. Highly recommend!

Marcelo was early to the estimate appointment, and calculated the quote on the spot so I knew what to expect before he even left. He was flexible with scheduling, as we had issues with when the home loan would close; however, when I gave him the green light, they were ready to start within a couple days. They showed up when promised and got done what they said they would be able to accomplish in a day. They cleaned up after themselves each day as well. I had not planned to do the stairs, as I wasn't sure where to start because I couldn't find treads to match. He mentioned that they can do the stairs when we're ready, I showed him what I wanted it to look like, he gave me a very fair price, worked it into the ongoing project and it looks exactly how I wanted it to! I truly appreciate the entire crew, their work ethic and skill. Marcelo's communication and commitment to the project was top tier. We are so incredibly happy with the flooring and the stairs.
